Monsanto 3.37: Please list all types of actions that the Company takes to balance it system for
inter-hour wind integration, including whether wholesale transactions are STF or non-firm and
ran them from highest to lowest in terms of historical/expected volumetric use.
Monsanto 3.38: Please provide a breakdown of the $6.50IMh charge for wind integration by
time periods and components that are available.
Monsanto 3.39: Please provide the Company's estimate of the amount of spinnng reserves
required to meet the intra-hour reserve requirement for wind generation included in GRI.
Monsanto 3.40: Has the Company pedormed any calculations of intra-hour wind integration
costs using the GRI model? If yes, please provide the calculation, supporting workpapers and
conclusions reached for each calculation.
Monsanto 3.41 : Please provide a GRI model populated with the latest forecast information for
2011,2012 and 2013 so that Monsanto can evaluate the system value of Monsanto curtailments
and non-spin reserves.
