Subject:Correction of typographical error
Dear Bruce:
It has come to my attention that there Js a typographical error in Exhibit A to both the Power County
Wind Park North and Power County Wind Park South QF contracts. In both contracts all facilities are
shown as being located in Range 31 East, Boise Meridian. While the Power County Wind Park North
does included facilities in section 13, Township 8 South and Range 31 East, all other facilities, in both
QFs, are located in Range 32 East.
Corrected copies of page A-1 of Exhibit A of both contracts are attached to this letter. I apologize for
the typographical error in the original submittals. Please call me if you have any questions related to
this matter.
