test year in Idaho separated by rate schedule or special contract customer. If
outright curailments/interrptions are treated differently than "buy-thoughs",
please state each separately.

of the curtailment or interrption, the amount and reason (economic curtailment,
operating reserves, system integrity, etc.).

"Curtailment" in column A is economic curtailment. What is labeled
"Interruption" in column A is operating reserves. There were no curailments for
system integrity.
