Currently, how many customers are paying a facilties charge? For each of those
customers, please provide the following information: class of service; amount of
the facilities charge; total length of line extension upon which the facilties charge
is based; and number of months the customer has paid a facilties charge.
Response to IPUC Production Data Request 91
In Idaho, there are 717 contracts on which a facilties charge was paid at least one
month in 2008.
Please refer to Attachment IPUC _Production 91, which provides a list of all
Rocky Mountain Power's customers that paid a facilties charge in 2008 by:

The physical length of the line is not in the database and is not readily available.
It would require research of each individual contract. If the information could not
be found online, a field audit would be required to determine the line length.
