IPUC Production Data Request 24 - I st Supplemental
IPUC Production Data Request 24
Other than Lend A Hand, does Rocky Mountain Power have any in-house
programs that assist low-income customers or customers needing more
personalized attention? If yes, please describe the programs and the dollar
amount, if any, that have been collected for bil payment assistance in each of the
past three calendar years (2005-2007).
1 st Supplemental Response to IPUC Production Data Request 24
Further to the Company's response to IPUC Production Data Request 24 dated
December 26, 2008.
Rocky Mountain Power has an escalation process in place. When customers call
in with issues regarding their bil and payments, the Company works with them
one-on-one to resolve issues, set up payment plans and direct customers that may
be income eligible to assistance agencies.
The Company has not collected funds for an energy assistance program other than
Lend-A-Hand in the years 2005-2007.
