Please provide the raw data used to establish these non-load research based data. Response to LIP A Data Request 37 For all irrigation non-season months where load research data is not available, monthly System coincident peaks and monthly Distribution peaks are derived assuming a 100% load factor for each hour of the month. Peaks are calculated by dividing the total monthly class kWh by the number of hours in the month. Please refer to Attachment lIPA 37. Note: Exhibit 22, Tab 5, page 7 is at Sales Level and Exhibit 22, Tab 5, page 12 is at Input leveL. Response to lIP A Data Request 38 Three methodologies are used to estimate non-coincident peak data: 1. KW/Cust MPU * Population (this method is available for samples where 15 minute data is collected). 2. NCP/Schedule Peak, 3 Yr. Ratio (this method is used for samples where 60 minute data is collected). 3. 100% Load Factor (used for street lighting and non-season irrgation months). Irrigation on-season and Schedule 006 used method 1. Non-season irrigation and street lighting used method 3. All other schedules used method 2. Please refer to Attachment LIP A 38, which provides the underlying data used to develop non-coincident peak data for all rate schedules.
