IPUC Production Data Request 14
Please provide by rate schedule for Schedules 1, 23 and 23A, the monthly and
anual total number of customers disconnected from service in each of the past
three calendar years (2005-2007). Of those customers who were disconnected,
how many were disconnected due to non-payment?

Furher to the Company's response to IPUC Production Data Request 14 dated
December 26, 2008.
Please refer to Attachment IPUC_ Production 14 1st Supplemental. The data
reflects the total number of customer agreements with effective dates during 2005
to 2007 which were terminated for any reason and also the number with a
termination reason of collection cut.
To arive at number of customers, duplicate records for customers in the same
month and year were deleted. Measuring at an annual level shows 3,188 fewer
customers terminating for any reason than by measuring at a monthly leveL. Also,
measuring at an anual level shows 12 fewer customers terminating due to
collection cut than by measuring at a monthly leveL.

IPUC Production Data Request 21
Please provide by rate schedule for Schedules 1, the monthly and anual total
number customers and or accounts that dropped out of the Equal Pay Program in
each of the past three calendar years (2005-2007). Of those customers and or
accounts that dropped out of the Equal Pay Program, how many were due to the
annual cost adjustment to their monthly payment?

Furher to the Company's response to IPUC Production Data Request 21 dated
December 26, 2008.
The Company does not track which customers terminated their Equal Payment
Plan due to an increase in their Equal Payment Plan installment amount. Please
refer to Attachment IPUC _Production 21 1st Supplemental for a total count of
Schedule i residential Equal Payment Plan program customers who left the
program, by month, for 2005,2006 and 2007.
