treating the Idaho Load Control Program as defined above. The result of this
analysis, shown below, was done using unadjusted December 2007 data. Please

Two irrigation programs were offered in Idaho in 2008, Schedule 72, the
scheduled interrption program and Schedule 72A, the dispatchable interruption
program. Please refer to Attachment IPUC_Production 33, which provides
detailed results for both programs, "Rocky Mountain Power Schedule 72 & 72A
Idaho Irrigation Load Control Programs, 2008 Credit Rider Initiative Final
Report". The following information is pulled directly from the 2008 report for
both programs.
Schedule 72 (Scheduled Forward Control Program) Results
Control season June 1, 2008 through September 15, 2008
Loads paricipating in this program option were scheduled off Monday through
Thursday June 1 through September 15. Tables One and Five provide the data
requested, there were no "opt out" options under the scheduled program.
