for the Populus-Terminal Project. Phase II studies are underway and will be
complete at the end of August 2008.

relative to this project.
Response to DPU Data Request 4.4
There have been no economic reprts filed with WECC for the Populus -
Terminal 345-kV transmission line project. The Phase 1 Study Report (see Data
Request 4.5) speaks to improved system stabilty performance durng light
autumn and heavy sumer loads. Stronger integration into the main Utah
transmission system wil provide additional synchronizing with the Bridger
system while increasing ratings for southbound and nortbound flows.
