Both evaluations contain a summary page entitled "Wind Economic Analysis Model." For each project, please provide:a. An executable version of the spreadsheet in native format with all formulas intact. b. For the "market revenue benefit" column, please provide the assumed kW capacity value, annual kWh, market value of kW (or avoided kW capacity costs) and the per kWh energy value used in developing the numbers shown in this column. c. The kW capacity value for purposes of reserve margin and reliability calculations attributed to each project.
