lIP A Data Request 3.
Mr. Widmer s testimony at page 16 lines 12-16 describes the input into the GRID
model related to historical normalized retail load. Please provide the following in
Excel format:
a. For the NPC run used in this case, please supply the hourly system retail loads
used for each hour of the test year (specify date and hour of each entry).
b. Please provide the comparable data to "" above for the actual data for 2006.
c. For the NPC run used in this case, please supply the hourly Idaho retail loads used
for each hour of the test year (specify date and hour of each entry).
d. Please provide the comparable data to "" above for the actual data for 2006.
e. For the NPC run used in this case, please supply the hourly Idaho retail loads (less
Monsanto) used for each hour of the test year (specify date and hour of each
entry).
f. Please provide the comparable data to "" above for the actual data for 2006.
g. For the NPC run used in this case, please supply the hourly Idaho Irrigation retail
loads used for each hour of the test year (specify date and hour of each entry).
h. Please provide the comparable data to "" above for the actual data for 2006.
Please indicate how this data was derived, i., load research data, etc.
Response to lIP A Data Request 3.
a. Loads used in GRID are actual weather normalized loads from 2006 shifted
one day later to align the load day of the week with the calendar day of the
week. The requested information was provided as Attachment lIP A 1.36.
b. Please see the company s response to 3.1 a.
c. Please see the company s response to 3.1 a.
d. Please see the company s response to 3.1a.
e. Please see the company s response to 3.1 f. Pro-forma loads excluding
Monsanto would be adjusted one day to align the load day of the week with the
calendar day of the week.
f. The requested loads for 2006 are provided on the enclosed CD as Attachment
lIP A 3.
g. Idaho Irrigation Loads for each hour of the test year were provided in Data
Request lIP A 1.6. Please refer to Response lIP A 1.6 and Attachment lIP A 1.
column L. Idaho Irrigation Loads were derived from load research data and
are estimates of actual loads for the 2006 irrigation season. No normalization
was applied to these load research estimates.
h. Please see the company s response to IIPA 3.1g.
