Monsanto 5-2: With respect to Mr. Fehrman s testimony at page 3 , lines 5-, please identify the primary driver(s) underlying the need for 1) a flexible resource in the East portion ofthe system in 2005, and 2) a high capacity factor resource in the East portion ofthe system in 2007. Monsanto 5-3: With respect to Mr. Fehrman s testimony at page 3 , lines 12-, was analysis conducted that identified the load/resource gap by state? If so, please provide a comparative response indicating how the Idaho load/resource gap measured against similar load/resource gaps from the remaining PacifiCorp states.
