What percentage of health care premiums is assumed to be paid by employees in developing the test year revenue requirement in this proceeding? If less than 20%, what adjustment would be required to reflect the 80%/20% sharing? Response to Monsanto Data Request 2. The percentage of health care premiums assumed paid by nonunion employees in the proceeding is: Nonunion earning over $100 000 80/20 Nonunion earning $60 000 - $100 000 Jan - May 2007 85/15 Nonunion earning $60 000 - $100 000 Jun - Dee 2007 80/20 Nonunion earning under $60 000 Jan - May 2007 90/10 Nonunion earning under $60 000 Jun - Dee 2007 85/15 Union employees pay between 85/15 and 90/10. Their share can only be changed through the collective bargaining process. It is not certain when or if this will occur . Not all employees will be at 80%/20% sharing during 2007. The rate~ase test year has been adjusted to reflect the costs expected to be incurred during 2007. Therefore, the following adjustment is provided for illustrative purposes only and would be opposed by the company. It applies to non-union only: Non-union portion of Health care at 80/20 Non-union portion of Health care in Wage and Employee Benefit Adjustment Difference O&M portion O&M adjustment Idaho System Overhead (SO) percentage Idaho Allocated 028 802 20.870.884 (842 082) x .7435 (626 088) 8735 (36 773) (Erich D.
