("liP A"), by and through its attorneys, hereby submits this third Data Request to Pacificorp dba Rocky Mountain Power pursuant to Rule 225 of the Idaho Public Utility Commission s Rules of Procedure, IDAP A 31.01.01 , as follows: IIPA 3-1: Mr. Widmer s testimony at page 16 lines 12-16 describes the input into the GRID model related to historical normalized retail load. Please provide the following in Excel format: a. For the NPC run used in this case, please supply the hourly system retail loads used for each hour ofthe test year (specify date and hour of each entry). b. Please provide the comparable data to "" above for the actual data for 2006. c. For the NPC run used in this case, please supply the hourly Idaho retail loads used for each hour of the test year (specify date and hour of each entry). d. Please provide the comparable data to "" above for the actual data for 2006. IDAHO IRRIGATION PUMPERS ASSOCIATION INC.'S THIRD DATA REQUESTS TO ACIFICORP - e. For the NPC run used in this case, please supply the hourly Idaho retail loads (less Monsanto) used for each hour ofthe test year (specify date and hour of each entry). f. Please provide the comparable data to "" above for the actual data for 2006. g. For the NPC run used in this case, please supply the hourly Idaho Irrigation retail loads used for each hour ofthe test year (specify date and hour of each entry). h. Please provide the comparable data to "" above for the actual data for 2006. Please indicate how this data was derived, i., load research data, etc. IIPA 3-2: The Irrigators would like to quantify the impact on the Company s net power costs of shifting 10 MW of on-peak energy to off-peak. For purposes of this request, assume that 10 MW is reduced during every weekday between 8:00 A.M. to 11: P.M. (75 hours) and the corresponding increase in usage of 750 MWH is spread evenly (8.06 MW) over the remaining 93 off-peak hours during the week. Please supply the Company s net power costs under these assumptions in a format similar to Exhibit 14. If other assumptions need to be made regarding this request, please specify. IIPA 3-3: With respect to Request 3-2 above, what is the allocated portion ofthe net power costs to Idaho, assuming that the 10 MW on-peak shift to off-peak all occurred in Idaho? IIPA 3-4: The Irrigators would like to quantify the impact on the Company s net power costs of shifting 8.06 MW of off-peak energy to on-peak. For purposes ofthis request, assume that 10 MW is added during every weekday between 8 :00 A.M. to 11: P.M. (75 hours) and the corresponding reduction in usage of750 MWH is spread evenly (8.06 MW) over the remaining 93 off-peak hours during the week. Please supply the Company s net power costs under these assumptions in a format similar to Exhibit 14.
