attorneys, hereby submits this second Data Request to Pacificorp dba Rocky Mountain Power
pursuant to Rule 225 of the Idaho Public Utility Commission s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA
31.01.01 , as follows:
IIPA 2-The Company s Response 1.13.a contains a listing of irrigation usage by
rate block on Tab "Exhibit 35 pl-8" in column "D" lines 587-595. For example, the first summer
rate block contains five values in the formula that result in the figure of 193 960 308 kWh. For
each ofthe underlying values in lines 587-595 please indicate what each value represents and its
source. Additionally, please supply all supporting workpapers used to calculate the underlying
values that support the figures on these lines.

SECOND DATA REQUESTS TO PACIFICORP-
IIPA 2-Regarding the residential on-peak and off-peak rates for summer and
winter contained in the existing Schedule 36 and those in the proposed Schedule 36, please
supply all studies and analyses used by the Company to support these rates and the differentials
between them.
lIP A 2-Please provide any cost of service type studies that may have been
conducted regarding Schedule 36 during the last five years. Please supply in Excel format.
lIP A 2-Please supply a copy of the Company s present class cost of service study
in this case with Residential separated into Schedules 1 and 36.
lIP A 2-Please supply all billing units and/or allocation units appropriate for the
present case that separates Schedules 1 and 36 for class cost of service purposes.
