This is the time and place set by the Idaho Public
Utility Commission for a public hearing on case
number PCA (sic)dash E dash 05 dash 10,known as in
the matter of the application of PacificCorp Utah
Power & Light Company for approval of a new DSM Cost
Recovery Mechanism and Enhancement Energy Efficiency
Programs for Commercial,Industrial, Agriculture and
Residential Customers.
Dennis Hansen and I'll be chairman of
tonight I s hearing.Commissioner Marsha Smith and
Commissioner Paul Kjellander also members of the
Commi s s ion are not in attendance thi s evening, but
they will review the transcripts of this hearing
before deliberation on this matter.
