P AC-O5- STIPULATION RE HEARING PROCEDURES This stipulation ("Stipulation ) is entered into by and among PacifiCorp, doing business as Utah Power & Light Company ("PacifiCorp ) and MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company MEHC")(collectively, "Joint Applicants ) and other parties to this proceeding 1 regarding the witnesses who will be required to appear for Joint Applicants at the technical hearing on January 17, 2006. On December 16, 2005, Joint Applicants, Staff and several parties filed a Stipulation with the Commission that would settle this matter conditioned upon general and specific commitments made by the Joint Applicants. Testimony in support of the Stipulation was filed on December 20 by Joint Applicants, Staff and CAPAI. Under the Commission s scheduling order No. 29867, a technical hearing in this proceeding is scheduled for January 17 2006.
