Please provide a copy of the Company s "as filed" Inter-jurisdictional allocation
model with the only change being to treat the Idaho Irrigation in the same manner
as the Monsanto interruptible load (system). Please separately indicate what
coincident peak data is changed, as well as where revenue credits and program
costs are addressed in this model run.

76. Please see response to lIP A 76.

The response to lIP A Request 4 indicates that demand data for many rate
schedules did not come from load research data, but from "historic average loads
Please supply the following:
a. For rates 001 and 036, please supply demand data for the August-March
timeframe using the same 1991-1994 average load data as was used to
generate the April-July data.
b. For rate 010 please provide demand data based upon the most recent
historic average load" data that the Company has available.
c. For rate 009 please provide demand data based upon the most recent
historic average load" data that the Company has available.
