Other than the anticipated changes to the BP A exchange credit in 2004, the
following rate changes are anticipated over the next two years:
Expiration of the Power Cost Surcharge, Schedule No. 93
Implementation ofthe 3rd year Rate Mitigation Adjustment, Schedule No.
Implementation of a surcharge/credit to true-up the under- or over-
recovered portion of $22.7 million of excess power costs through
Schedule No. 93
Annual changes to the Load Control Service Credit of Irrigation Load
Control Credit Rider, Schedule No. 72
The Company s pending request for a surcharge to recover $4.2 million
for tax audit related payments
The Company currently anticipates requesting changes to general rates to be
effective during the next two years. The timing and amount of such changes is
uncertain. However, recovery of the $4.2 million for tax audit related payments
may impact the timing of anticipated rate changes.
Other rate changes over the next two years are not anticipated, however, future
actions of the BP A or other circumstances may lead to rate changes not currently
anticipated.
