MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
February 21, 2017 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Kristine Raper and Eric Anderson. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.
The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Monday, February 6, 2017. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:
2. Brandon Karpen's February 08, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Application of Idaho Power Company for Authority to Revise Tariff Schedule 91 -- The Energy Efficiency Rider, Case No. IPC-E-16-33 3. Mike Louis's February 17, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Idaho Power's Annual Compliance Filing to Update Rule H Charges and Credits; Tariff Advice No. 16-09.
There were no questions and Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendations for items 2 and 3 on the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
4. Deliberation re: Application of PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power for Authority to Modify Electric Service Regulation No. 12 Relating to Line Extension Allowances, Case No. PAC-E-16-13. [Brandon Karpen, Attorney] 5. Deliberation re: Avista's 2016 Natural Gas Integrated Resource Plan, Case No. AVU-G-16-03. [Daphne Huang, Attorney] 6. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Application to Approve an Amendment to Its ESA with American Falls Solar, Case No. IPC-E-16-34. [Daphne Huang, Attorney] 7. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Application to Approve an Amendment to Its ESA with American Falls II Solar, Case No. IPC-E-16-35. [Daphne Huang, Attorney]
Commissioner Kjellander announced that items 4 through 7 on the Fully Submitted Matters would be deliberated privately.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
