MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
December 28, 2016 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Kristine Raper and Eric Anderson. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.
The only order of business EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS:
1. Discussion re: Idaho Power Company’s Petition to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a Declaratory Order in FERC Docket No. P-1971-079. [Camille Christen/Daphne Huang, Attorneys]
Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to adjourn into Executive Session and cited Idaho Code § 74-206(1)(f). He stated that the purpose of the Executive Session would be to communicate with the Commission’s attorneys about pending litigation, FERC Case No. P-1971-079. A roll call vote was taken and they adjourned into Executive Session. Once back from Executive Session Commissioner Raper made a motion to file comments in response to Idaho Power Company’s request for a Declaratory Order from FERC. A vote was taken on the motion and each Commissioner voted “yes”. The executive session began at 1:32 p.m. and adjourned at 1:46 p.m.
Commissioner Kjellander reconvened the regular meeting at 1:47 p.m. He stated that there was no further business before the Commission and he adjourned the meeting.
