IPC-E-95-18 FOURTH PRODUCTION REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY   The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Weldon B. Stutzman, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Idaho Power Company provide the following documents and information on or before FRIDAY, JUNE 21, 1996. This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Idaho Power Company is requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced. For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing. 54.Provide the number of  line extension refund checks issued by the Company in 1995.   For the refund checks issued in 1995, provide a frequency analysis showing groupings by number of checks issued.  Include groupings for at least the following: checks for amounts less than $50, greater than $50 but less than $100, greater than $100 but less than $200, greater than $200 but less than $400, greater than $400 but less than $1000, greater than $1000. 55.Provide a frequency analysis showing the number of customers ultimately sharing the cost of individual line extensions at the expiration of each line’s 5 year refund period.  Provide the frequency analysis for lines built in any single year after June 1, 1988 under the current line extension policy.
