On March 11, 2002, Idaho Power Company (“Idaho Power”) filed with the
Commission an Application for an energy cost financing order. Pursuant to Idaho Code
' 61-1503(7), the Commission is required to issue an Order within forty-five (45) days,
or in the present proceeding, on or before April 25. The Staff of the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission (“Staff”), to facilitate the required investigation of the Application,
has requested that Idaho Power agree to a fourteen (14) day extension or until May 9,
2002, as the date when the Commission is required to issue its Order in this
STIPULATION AGREEING TO EXTENSION OF TIME FOR ENTRY OF ORDER, Page 2
proceeding. Idaho Power has no objection to this request and accordingly herewith
stipulates and agrees with the Staff as follows:
That the time period for the energy cost financing Order required to be
issued by the Commission in this docket be extended to May 9, 2002.
