The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commssion by and through its
attorney of record, Brad Purdy, Deputy Attorney General, reuests that the
Repondent, Idaho Power Company, pursuant to Rules of Practice and Procedure
22.1 and 22.3 provide the following docments and information on or before
Monday, October 22, 1990.
This production request is to be considered as continuing and Idaho
Power Company is requested to provide by way of supplementary responses,
additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain
that will augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the
answers, the name of the individual maintaining the reuested records, and the
witness at hearing that can sponsor the answer.
Request No. 13. On page 9 of you Application you state:
Depending upon the number of water years utilized in thecomputation, the cost per kilowatt hour would range from a
maximum of 52.93 mills per kilowatt hour based upon a cost
for the powerhouse of $63,350,600, 60 years of water data and
a 50 year levelized cost; to 37.80 mills per kilowatt hour based
upon a powerhouse cost of $60,334,000,20 years of water data
and a 50 year levelized cost. . . .
