Idaho Irrigation Pumpers, Inc., by and through counsel, hereby submits its Third Data
Requests to Idaho Power Company (“Company”), pursuant to Commission Rule 225, and requests
that the Company provide the following documents and information as soon as possible and no
later than October 9, 2023, as follows:
IIPA 3 -1: Please refer to IPC’s response to CEO DR 3. Do these data reflect the full revenue
requirement associated with the energy? If no, what costs are included?
IIPA 3 -2: Please provide the hourly price forecast used in the following studies:
a. IPC’s 2021 IRP.
b. IPC’s 2021 IRP update.
c. IPC’s draft 2023 IRP.

orecast.pdf. Please provide these data by year over the study period.
IIPA 3 -4: Please provide all workpapers and discovery responses associated with the 2023
IRP and IRP proceedings.
IIPA 3 -5: Please provide IPC’s other revenue, by type and year, from 2018 to present.
Please indicate what time period the 2023 other revenue reflect.
IIPA 3 -6: Please provide IPC’s budget of other revenue for 2023 and 2024. Please include
all workpapers supporting the other revenue budget.
IIPA 3 -7: Has IPC added any new transmission customers in 2022, 2023? If yes, please
provide the total actual and forecasted revenue from these customers for 2022, 2023, and 2024.
IIPA 3 -8: Does IPC expect to add any new transmission customers in 2023 or 2024? If yes,
please provide the forecasted revenue from these customers for 2023, and 2024.
IIPA 3 -9: Does IPC expect to provide transmission to transmission customers that were
previously served by PacifiCorp? If yes, please identify these customers, explain when IPC will
begin providing transmission to these customers, and provide the expected monthly revenue.
IIPA 3 -10: Does IPC have a balancing account or deferral mechanism to track changes in
transmission revenues due to changes in sales or rates? If yes, please identify the most recent
proceeding approving these mechanisms.

IIPA 3 -11: Please provide IPC’s property tax expense rate for 2022, and the forecasted rates
