the Twenty-First Production Request of the Commission Staff to Idaho Power Company.

IDAHO POWER COMPANY
COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company (“Idaho Power” or “Company”), and in
response to the Twenty-First Production Request of the Commission Staff (“Commission”
or “Staff”) dated September 8, 2023, herewith submits the following information:

REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 305: Please re-run the AURORA model and
provide an updated Table 5 "2023 Base Level NPSE" contained in Brady's Direct
Testimony with Bridger Units 1 and 2 converted to natural gas units by the end of 2023
and without Bridger Units I and 2 converted to natural gas units by the end of 2023, using
the following system customer loads (note: loads should be converted to loads at input
for purposes of NPSE). Please keep all other assumptions the same as proposed by the
Company (note: Sales excluding Black Mesa is provided if required to exclude Black
Mesa from NPSE).

RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 305: Idaho Power has re-
run the AURORA model using Staff’s forecast (grossed up for line losses) for the two
requested scenarios:
1. Bridger Units 1 and 2 as natural gas.
2. Bridger Units 1 and 2 as coal.
An updated Table 5 “2023 Base Level NPSE” has been re-calculated for each
scenario and provided below. In addition, as requested by Staff, the Company is providing
an updated version of Exhibit 30 to the Direct Testimony of Brady for each run as
attachments to this response as follows: Attachment 1 is an updated Exhibit 30 based on
the Bridger Gas scenario and Attachment 2 is an updated Exhibit 30 based on the Bridger
Coal scenario.
