Please include date, amount, FERC account, and reason for each issuance. RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 267: Please see Attachment 1 – Response to Staff Request No. 267. Idaho Power is unable to specifically identify per diem expenses separate from all other expense reimbursements. Employees are reimbursed for per diem expenses through an out of pocket (“OOP”) expense reimbursement. Therefore, Idaho Power is providing all OOP expense reimbursements for the requested time frame. It should be noted that the accounting date (DB2DATE) can sometimes be more than one month after the transaction date. Because they are subject to leader approval, the requests remain in the system until approved. Leaders sometimes take longer to approve when the per diem request is separate from the pcard reconciliation. The employee isn’t reimbursed until the request is approved.
