Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record,
Dayn Hardie, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Idaho Power Company ("Company" or
"Idaho Power") provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no
later than TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 5, 2023.1
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and the Company is requested
to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it, or any person
acting on its behalf, may later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title, and telephone number of

In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests, please provide all
Excel spreadsheets and electronic files with formulas intact and enabled.
REQUEST NO. 280: Please provide the model, all the input data, definitions of the
variables, and source information for all the data used in the 2022 weather normalization models
discussed in the file named, "Attachment 2 -Response to Staff Request No. 228." For each
customer class, please provide all historical input data available (from late 1990s), as discussed
on the August 29, 2023 meeting with the Company. In addition, please provide all model
outputs including model coefficients, statistics, and residuals. Please provide all files in
electronic format with all formulas intact and enabled.
REQUEST NO. 281: Regarding the Company's response to Staff Production Request
No. 123, the flight log provided did not include FERC account(s) charged for several flights.
Please provide an Excel file in which each flight included in the Company's response to Staff
Production Request No. 123 identifies the FERC account(s) charged and the amount
charged. Please also indicate which flights, if any, the Company has removed for recovery in
this case.
