SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 31: During a follow-up discussion with Staff about on-call pay, overtime pay and per diem Staff requested to see policies or standards related to business meals, on-call pay, per diem and guidelines for employees’ use of Company purchasing cards. The definition of an eligible business meal expense is: Meals that employees would have on their own, but for which the Company will pay because they are on Company time, and there is a clear business purpose. Examples include meals incurred while traveling, attending seminars, conducting internal meetings, or working overtime.
