This should include date, vendor names, dollar amount of each transaction, description of purchases, and all other useful information. SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 134: Please see ‘Attachment – Corrected – Supplemental Response to Staff Request No. 134.’ The original attachment to Production Request 134 included transactions that were recorded to accounts that were not included in the rate case request or were removed from the 2022 base financial information, as described in Paula Jeppsen Exhibit No. 23, Pages 4-9. At Staff’s request, as part of a discussion on August 10, 2023, Idaho Power has identified each transaction in the follow-up audit sample that were excluded as part of the rate case request. The transactions that are not included in the rate case request are highlighted in green and include a brief description of their removal in Column P of the attachment. While identifying transactions that are not included in the rate case request, the Company identified numerous transactions dated 10/24/2022, 11/21/2022, and 11/23/2022 where the descriptions in Column K of the attachment had incorrect and duplicate descriptions that were not the correct business use related to the transaction.
