COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Powe/' or'Company"), and in
response to the Third Production Request of Clean Energy Opportunities for ldaho
('CEO') dated September 15,2022, herewith submits the following information:

REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.5: ln response to CEO's Production Request
Number 3, the Company provided an 'Attachment 3" in Excelformat. On the worksheet
tab labeled 'Retail ECR" within that attachment, the "retail rate'value in year 1 used for
performing a residential solar payback analysis was shown as $.09792/k\ /h. Please
provide the comparable actual historical residential retai! rates per k\A/h forthe years 2007
through 2021.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 5: Please see the
attachment for this response with comparable historical residential retail rates per k\M
for 2007 through 2021. The rates provided are rates as of June 1. Please note that the
attachment provided with Response to Request for Production No. 3 included rates
effective January 1 ,2021.

Number 2, the Company provided data in Excel format in attachments 2b and 2c showing
hourly prices through July 31 ,2022 for ICE Mid-C and ELAP respectively. Please provide
in the same Exce! format hourly prices for ICE Mid-C and ELAP for the period August 1,
2022 through September 30, 2022 (CEO is presuming that the response to this request
will not be provided unti! after September 30,2022 and that this data will be available).
RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 6: Please see two (2)
attachments to this response for the hourly prices for ICE Mid-C and ELAP from August
1, 2022, through September 30, 2022.
