pmvided an "Attachment 3' in Excel format On the worksheet ab labeled "Retail ECR' within
that attachment, the "r€tail rate" value in year 1 used for performing a residential solar payback
analysis was shown as $.09792/kWh. Please provide the comparable acnral historical residential
retail rates per kWh for the yean 2007 through 202I.
REOUEST NO 6. In reply to CEO's Production Request Number 2, the Company
pmvided data in Excel format in auachmenr 2b and 2c showing hourly prices ftrough July 31,
2022for ICE Mid-C and ELAP respectively. Please provide in ttre same Excel formathourly
prices for ICE Mid-C and ELAP for the period August L,2022 ttrough September 30,2022
(CEO is presuming that the response to this rcquest will not be provided until after September
30,2022 and that this daa will be available).
