The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attomey of

REQUEST NO.8: Has anything changed with Bridger settlement discussions,
Environmental Protection Agency evaluations, or state of Wyoming activities that could change
Bridger availability as modeled in the PCA forecast? If so, please provide the updated PCA
calculations.
