COMES NOW the Idaho Hydroelectric Power Producers Trust, an ldaho Trust, d/b/a
IdaHydro ("ldaHydro"), by and through its counsel of record, C. Tom Arkoosh of Arkoosh Law
Offices, and pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the tdaho Public Utilities Commission,
IDAPA 31.01.01 .225, requests that Idaho Power Company ("ldaho Power") answer the
following Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission by Wednesday,
April6, 2022.
These Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission are to be
considered as continuing, and Idaho Power Company is requested to provide by way of
supplementary responses additional information that it or any person acting on its behalf may
later obtain that will augment its responses.
For each item, please include the name and phone number of the person preparing the
