IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION

MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING

January 5, 2015 – 1:30 P.M.

In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Mack Redford and Marsha Smith. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.

The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Monday, December 29, 2014. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.

The final order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
2. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Application for Authority to Fund Its Continued Participation in NEEA, for 2015-2019, Case No. IPC-E-14-38. [Daphne Haung, Attorney]3. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Applications for Approval or Rejection of an Energy Sales Agreement with Mountain Solar, LLC; Pocatello Solar, LLC; Clark Solar 1, LLC; Clark Solar 2, LLC; Clark Solar 3, LLC; and Clark Solar 4, LLC; Case Nos. IPC-E-14-26, IPC-E-14-27, IPC-E-14-28, IPC-E-14-29, IPC-E-14-30 and IPC-E-14-31. [Kristine Sasser, Attorney]
Commissioner Kjellander stated that items 2 and 3 would be deliberated privately.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
