Tom Arkoosh of Arkoosh Law Offices, and pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the tdaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.225, requests that ldaho Power Company ("Idaho Power") answer the following lnterrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission by Wednesday, March 16,2022. These Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission are to be considered as continuing, and ldaho Power Company is requested to provide by way of supplementary responses additional information that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment its responses. For each item, please include the name and phone number of the person preparing the IDAHYDRO'S SECOND SET OF INTERROGATORIES AI{D FIRST SET OF REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTION AI\D REQUESTS FOR ADMISSION TO IDAIIO POWER COMPAI\IY - Page I answers, and the name of the person who will be able to answer questions about or sponsor the answer at hearing. Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.228. INTERROGATORIES INTERROGATORY NO.2: To what extent, if any, does Section V of the Application request the Commission to allow ldaho Power to deviate from or be excused from obeying the mandates of the Public Utilities Regulatory Policy Act ("PURPA") and its interpreting decisions and regulations? If deviation is requested, this request seeks specific explanation of what aspects of PURPA, identified by citation to federal or state law, either statutory, regulatory, case law, or administrative law, from which Idaho Power seeks excuse or relief.
