COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Powef or'Company"), and in
response to First Production Request of the Commission Staff ('!PUC or Commission")
dated January 21,2022, herewith submits the following supplemental information:
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST OF
THE COMMISSION STAFF TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY- 1
REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 14: Please provide all notes and
workpapers used in development of proposed updates to Schedule 62 in Excelformat,
with formulae intact.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 14: ln
its initial response, the Company provided the presentation that was given to
Commission Staff at a workshop on July 7, 2021. To supplement this response, the
Company now provides a preliminary workbook that examines a potential pricing
structure for the Subscription offering and the potential annual bill impact on various
customer classes.
This workbook (Subscription ModelAnalysis) was created in the early stages of
developing the Subscription concept and, therefore, contains several outdated inputs
and program components. For example, the capacity credit information is based on
now-outdated capacity deficiency timing and next capacity resources for Idaho Power.
Additionally, the workbook only contemplates a 1S-year Subscription term, while the
Company proposed a20-year term in its Application. The ultimate pricing structure that
Idaho Power will propose for the Subscription may not replicate the preliminary analysis
modeled in this workbook.
There are no workbooks associated with the Clean Energy Your Way - Flexible
program, as this is largely an operational program and the expansion of this offering
would only involve procuring Renewable Energy Certificates at the request of
customers.
There are no generic workbooks demonstrating the Clean Energy Your Way -
Construction offering. However, a workbook detailing specific Construction arrangement

pricing for prospec'tive customer Brisbie, LLC, is available in\PC-E-2142.
The response to this Request is sponsored by Alison Williams, Regulatory Policy
and Strategy Advisor, ldaho Power Company.
