COMES NOW the Idaho Hydroelectric Power Producers Trust, an Idaho Trust, d/b/a
IdaHydro ("IdaHydro"), by and through its counsel of record, C. Tom Arkoosh of Arkoosh Law
Offices, and pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,
IDAPA 31.01.01 .225, requests that ldaho Power Company answer the following interrogatories
by Friday, February 11,2022.
These Interrogatories are to be considered as continuing, and Idaho Power Company is
requested to provide by way of supplementary responses additional information that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment its responses.
For each item, please include the name and phone number of the person preparing the
