ln response to the First Production Request of the Commission Staff to Shawpatin AgCap, LLC dated September
24,2020:
Request No. 1:
al What is the nameplate capacity of each unit?
Byron Jackson vertical unit is 223.8 KW. Horizonta! unit is rt4.8 KW
b) When was each unit installed?
Byron Jackon, 1985, 50 Hp vertical 1986, 60 Hp horizontal 2014
cl Please provide a diagram of the facility labeling the different units.

d) Please describe the configuration of the two units and how they will be operated under different
situations regarding water availability.
The Byron Jackson runs during higher flows, which are August to December. The split case 50 Hp runs
January to July during lower flows. The units do not run at the same time as there is not enough water
to supply both units running together.
