Jared,
Thanks for allowing me to review. I don’t have any comments or concerns given that the percentages slightly changed
from the last estimates provided (attached). In response to your questions and consistent with the agreement, DOE
would like the one time true-up payment to go to IPC to be credited to DOE’s power bill. Let us know what will be the
true-up credit from PacifiCorp and charges from IPC to DOE. Previously it was estimated that DOE owed IPC $179,175 as
of March 2018 and that PacifiCorp owed DOE approximately the same.
Thanks and happy holidays!

Hi Gerardo,
Attached is a draft of the billing workbook for the billing that will take place going forward – a sister document to the
earlier Exhibit. You can see how the percentages are incorporated, and the different components:
PacifiCorp Pass Through
Idaho Power Recovery of Ownership Costs (applying only to the Antelope equipment Idaho Power acquired back
in 2015 in the PAC/IPC asset swap – and future equipment that is replaced)
PAC payment for Scoville – Cost Offset
2
I still owe you the true-up charges file.
Thanks, Jared

Hi Gerardo,
I hope you and your family had a fantastic Christmas.
Idaho Power is almost ready to file our agreements, and updated tariff language including Transmission Facilities Charge
information, with the Idaho PUC. I’ve attached the important Exhibit with all of the facilities charge information that we
had settled on about 1.5 years ago. The percentages have all went down from where they were in 2018, but are
consistent with the approach we aligned on.
Idaho Power is still in the process of calculating the true-up charges from 2015, and if you’d like I can send that
information to you as soon as I have it?
My Ask:
Please take a look at this exhibit and let me know if you see anything unexpected, or in error. Our plan is to file this as
soon as next week, and I wanted to give you a chance to review before submitting.
Secondly, given PAC’s major incoming payment for the Scoville assets, we assume DOE will want to true-up everything
with Idaho Power in a single-payment as well.
Best Regards,
Jared Ellsworth, P.E.
