No. IPC-E-19-26, also known as in the matter of Idaho
Power's application for authorj-ty to transfer title of
Golden Hi1ls Mobil-e Home Park meter pedestals. Today is
apparentfy the day in which we do telephonic public
hearings all tied to the ilfustrious statute section
which is 6L-328. You'd think I'd have that memorized as
many ti-mes as we've done it, but because the call volume
has been so extensive through these, sometimes I forget
the statutory numLrer and reference, but today as we move

here today for this ext raordj-narily signiflcant

6L-328, which mandates that we have a public hearing.
Lead counsel for the PubIic Utili-ties Commission in the
previous telephonic hearing was wanting 30 minutes to
present the granufar details of this specific docket.
Would you like 30 minutes j-n this case to go forward?
No? You're fine?
MR. HUNTER: No, thank you.
COMMISSIONER K,IELLANDER: You think we have
everything we need rl-ght in front of us?

off the record.
(Recess. )
COMMISSIONER KJELLANDER: And we're back on the
record and as I understand j-t, there has been no one who
availed themselves of the tremendous opportunity to
participate in today's telephonic hearing and that means
that we wil-f have no additional- testimony filed and that
at the conclusion of this proceeding, the case will be
ful1y submitted and the Commission can deliberate and
render a f inal- decision, so unfess there is anything
further to come before the Corunission in Case No.
IPC-E-19-26, we are adj ourned.
