Method: Step 1. Calculate the NPV difference between scenarios with the projects forced into the portfolio and without the projects available to be selected for: l) Planning Carbon with High, Mid, and Planning Gas; and 2) Planning Gas with Zero,Planrring, and High Carbon. Step 2.If a scenario forcing both projects into a portfolio shows an uneconomic result, model that scenario with only the Jackpot Solar Project forced into the model. Required Information: Model runsl which include both projects will need to be performed for scenarios: Planning GasiPlanning Carbon, Mid Gas/Planning Carbon, and High Gas/Planning Carbon. Model runs which remove both projects will need to be performed for the following scenarios: Planning Gas/Planning Carbon, and Planning Gas/High Carbon. Model runs which include only the Jackpot Solar project will need to be performed for scenarios: High Gas/Planning Carbon, Mid Gas/Planning Carbon, and PlanningGaslZerc Carbon. The NPV will need to be provided for the following scenarios: Planning GaslZerc Carbon (Portfolio 13), and Mid Gas/Planning Carbon (Portfolio I 8). (A.) NPV with B.ZIJ and with Solar Projects (in $000's) Natural Gas (8.) NPV with B.1IJ and without Solar Projects (in $000's) Natural Gas (B. - A.)
