Dear Ms. Hanian
Enclosed for filing in the above matter please find an original and three (3) copies
of ldaho Power Company's GORRECTED Response to Commission Staffs Production
Request No. 2. ldaho Public Utilities Commission Staff discovered a computational error
in the workpapers provided that quantified the estimated $12.2 million reduction in overall
costs associated with the North Valmy Project Framework Agreement between NV
Energy and ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Power") dated as of February 22, 2019
("Agreement") for ldaho Power customers. ldaho Power has corrected the error and
apologizes for any confusion this may have caused. The estimated reduction in overall
costs associated with the Agreement should be $17.2 million.
Also enclosed are four (4) copies of a non-confidential disk containing the
corrected workpapers.

COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Power") and corrects its response
to the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") Staff's ("Staff') Production
Request No. 2 to ldaho Power Company dated April 3, 2019, as follows:

TO COMMISSION STAFF'S PRODUCTION REQUEST NO. 2 - 1
REQUEST NO.2: ln reference to Larkin testimony pages 13 and 14, please
provide workpapers that document the $12.2 million reduction in overall costs for
customers.
CORRECTED RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 2: ln the process of reviewing
ldaho Power's original response to Staffs Production Request No. 2, Staff discovered a
computational error in the workpapers that quantified the estimated $12.2 million
reduction in overall costs associated with the North Valmy Project Framework
Agreement between NV Energy and ldaho Power dated as of February 22,2019, for
ldaho Power customers. Correction of the computational error increases estimated cost
savings to $17 .2 million. Please see the corrected workpaper provided on the enclosed
CD (CORRECTED Attachment 1) that documents the $17.2 million reduction in overall
costs for customers and is referenced in Mr. Larkin's direct testimony. The
quantification of the $17.2 million is summarized on the "Framework Savings Summary"
tab.
