COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Power"), and in response to the
First Production Request of the Commission Staff to Idaho Power Company dated
February 15,2019, herewith submits the following information:

REQUEST NO. 1: Page 4 of the Application states "Wood Hydro plans to
continue operating and maintaining a 150 kilowatt ("kW') (Maximum Capacity Amount,
paragraph B-4, Appendix B) energy facility located near the city of Gooding, ldaho."
However, Appendix B states "The Maximum Capacity Amount is 130 kW...' Please
reconcile these two numbers.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 1: As stated in Appendix B of the Energy Sales
Agreement between ldaho Power and Wood Hydro LLC for the Black Canyon #3 hydro
project, the Nameplate Capacity and Maximum Capacity Amount of the facility is 130
kilowatts ('kW"). The reference to 150 kW on page 4 of the Application was a
typographical error.
The response to this Request is sponsored by Michael Darrington, Energy
Contracts Leader, ldaho Power Company.

REQUEST NO. 2: Page 4 of the Application states "The nameplate rating of this
Facility is 150 kW". However, Appendix B states "Nameplate: 130 kW". Please
reconcile these two numbers.

Staff's Request No. 1.
