So Idaho Power is requesting that the
Comission approve ttre sal.e and transfer of assets to
dlayco pursuant to Idaho Code Section 61-320. Section
6L-328 is titled Electric Utilities, Sale of Property to
be Approved by Com.ission, and ttrat stctute appJ.ier to
any utility property used in the generation,
transmisoion, distribution or eupply of electric power
and energy to the public. lfhe language of the statute
further requires that a pubJ.ic hearing be conducted on
such an application. So here we are.

Augrust 14th. fdaho Power's opportunity to reply was
Augnrst 21.
