COMES NOW, ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Power" or "Company"), and in
response to the First Production Request of the Commission Staff to ldaho Power
Company dated July 12,2018, herewith submits the following information:

PRODUCTION REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF - 1
REQUEST NO. 1: Please provide a system map showing the point-of-delivery,
and the location of all equipment being transferred by the Company to Jayco.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 1: Please see the attachment to this response
for the required information.

PRODUCTION REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF - 2
REQUEST NO. 2: Please provide work papers and spread sheets (with
calculations and links enabled) used to determine the following cost components:
a) Net book value of assets being transferred;
b) True-up of past levelized ROR. Please include an explanation of the
Company's calculations of present worth for declining debUequity used in this
calculation;
c) Near-term ROR impact resulting from sale of assets;
d) Neartime operational impact resulting from the sale of assets;
e) Net tax gross-up;
0 Work order closing costs; and
g) Poles and switches.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 2: Please see the attached Excel spreadsheet.
The items requested appear as indicated below:
(a) The tab "Asset Detail" shows each asset sold and the year it was placed in
service, as obtained from the Company's property records. The tab "Price Component
Details" shows the total placed in service by year and calculates accumulated
depreciation and net book value summarized by year placed in service.
(b-d) The tab "Price Component Details" calculates the true-up of the past
levelized rate of return ("ROR"), the near-term ROR impact resulting from the sale of
assets and the near-term operational impact resulting from the sale of assets.
The Company's calculation of present worth for declining debUequity used to
determine the true-up of past levelized ROR is based on the 7.86 percent ROR
approved in the Company's most recent general rate case, Case Number IPC-E-11-08,

Order No. 32426. The ROR is reduced annually for the effect of straight-line
depreciation and deferred taxes.
(e) The "Summary" tab calculates the net gross-up for tax.
(0 The "Asset Detail" tab shows work order closing costs.
(g) The tab "Pole & Switches" shows the poles and switches.
Other assumptions used in the calculation are provided on the "Misc. lnputs" tab.
