This should include: a. A map identifvino the name/location of each of the existinq substations within the Company's service area. b A list of distribution circuits and substations planned to be upgraded. g. The current peak capacity of each of these distribution circuits and substations. d The recent peak loads, and the forecasted load grov,rth (i.e. the o/o increase in peak demand each year) on each of these distribution circuits and substations. e. The expected cost and in-service date of each planned upgrade, and the kW of capacity added with each upgrade. t For each distribution substation (not circuit) planned to be upgraded, please provide a recent calendar year (2016) of hourly load data in Excel spreadsheet format for each of these substations, and indicate the maximum capacity of each such substation. RESPONSE TO REVISED REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 15: The requested map is provided in Attachment 1 and all additional information is provided in Attachment 2. Several of the planned distribution circuit upgrades are for sections of circuits experiencing localized low voltage due to groMh. These circuit sections are presently limited regarding load additions; however, there is not an identified planning capacity. Thus, these circuits are identified as voltage limited in Attachment 2. The IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO THE REVISED FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST OF SIERRA CLUB TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY - 2 capacity additions are designed to mitigate the low voltage condition and provide additional capacity for that section; however, the added capacity will not change the overall distribution circuit capacity. Therefore, the Capacity Added column also identifies them as voltage limited.
