REQUEST NO. 9: Please provide all supporting documents and workpapers for
the "independent revieW' performed by ldaho Power of the HCC relicensing expenses.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 9: After this response was
submitted, it was discovered that the confidential CD with the attachments to this
response previously provided contained files that were not able to be opened.
Therefore, a new confidential CD is being provided to those parties that have executed
the Pnrtective Agreement in this matter.
