Rock Rolling Properties, LLC hereby requests that ldaho Power Company ("[daho
Power" or the "Company") provide responses to the following requests for production under
Rule 225 of the Rules of Procedure of the Idatro Public Utilities Commission (the "IPUC" or
"Commission").
This production request is to be considered as continuing, and the Company is requested
to provide by way of supplementary responses additional documents that it or any person acting
on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.

REQUEST NO. 18: Reference Idaho Power's Response to Rock Rolling Request No. 15,
stating that Idaho Power did not make the Community Advisory Committee aware of the option
to install a temporary shoe fly line while upgrades are made to the existing 138 kV Wood River-
Ketchum line.
a. Please confirm that Idaho Power did not make the Blaine County Planning and
Zoning Commission aware of the option to install a temporary shoe fly line during the
proceedings held before that body.
b. If Idaho Power asserts it did make the Planning and Zoning Commission aware of
the option to use a temporary shoe fly line, please identifr the date and page number of the
transcript before the PlanningandZoning Commission where Idaho Power discussed the shoe
