Please provide copies of all communications between the Idaho National Laboratory
("[NL") and any person or organization associated with the INL regarding minimum critical
loads in the Wood River Valley. Please identify all individuals associated with the INL who
have been contacted by Idaho Power regarding the electrical load in the Wood River Valley.

Please provide copies of all studies, reports, memoranda and communications between
Idatro Power and the INL (or any person or organization affrliated or associated with the INL)
regarding Wood River Valley electric service.
REOUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 63
Please confirm, or deny, that ldaho Power's preferred alternative includes the construction of a
new substation south of the hospital. If you confirm please detail the need/cost/location for said
substation. If you deny, please explain the role/need of the proposed new substation at Owl
Rock road and which alternative in which it is incorporated.
